Make meatballs out of your minced qeema. Before you do so, add in spices and herbs into the minced mixture. Make balls and fry them on a slow flame.

Take them out after few minutes and put aside.

In a pan add oil, fry onions and garlic ginger paste together. Add in chopped tomatoes and cream. Stir your mixture completely and add water. Add your meatballs as well and keep on stirring.
