We all want to be the healthiest we can possibly be, even if we do not put much effort into contributing to that. No one wants to be ill, and many people like to eat junk food, sit down on the couch instead of going for a run, or have that extra beer too many. As we get older, though, it is much more difficult to brush off a hangover or stay active enough to keep us fit. This is why it is important to make the changes as soon as possible.
