Ingredients

  • Chocolate chips
  • All purpose flour
  • Brown sugar
  • White sugar
  • Melted chocolate in butter
  • Baking powder
  • Vanilla essence
  • Eggs

Directions

In a large bowl beat 3 eggs with half cup brown sugar and 1 cup granulated white sugar. Beat until the mixture you get is foamy and frothy. In a separate bowl add 150 grams of butter and 200 grams of chocolate chips with a table spoon of cocoa powder. Melt them together and form a ganache.

Add 2 cups of all purpose flour and 1 tea spoon of baking powder into your egg and sugar mixture. Fold them together with a spatula until a smooth mixture is formed. Add 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence and some chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a brownie pan lined with butter paper and bake at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Your gooey chocolaty brownies are ready!

White Chocolate Brownies

White chocolate brownies are absolutely divine and the most delicious dessert ever! All you need to do is get the following ingredients and follow the instructions.

Ingredients

  • All purpose flour
  • Butter
  • White chocolate chips
  • Baking powder
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla essence
  • Brown sugar
  • White sugar

Directions

In a large bowl, beat together 3 eggs and brown and white sugar. 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white granulated sugar. Sift in 2 cups of all purpose flour gradually. Add in 1 tea spoon of baking powder and gently mix.

In a separate bowl melt white chocolate chips with butter. Around 200 grams of chocolate chips and 150 grams of butter. Add in your white chocolaty mixture into the flour batter. Gently form folds and add some vanilla essence. Pour the batter into brownie pan lined with butter paper and bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees or until done. Your amazing delish white chocolate brownies are ready!

Dark Chocolate Chip Brownies

For dark chocolate chip brownies you will repeat the same steps as you have done for the former ones. All you have to do is use dark chocolate chips instead of the white ones or the brown ones. All the other steps would be the same. Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.

These will taste absolutely divine and a lot better than the other two because dark chocolate has its own separate fan base!
