Ingredients

  • Green lentils 1 and a half cup
  • Onions chopped
  • Corn
  • Garlic and ginger
  • Chicken broth
  • Spices
  • Red chilli peppers
  • Black pepper
  • All the vegetables you want to add
  • Lemon juice
  • Vinegar
  • Soya sauce
  • Chilli sauce

Directions

This is the most amazing and convenient soup that you can now make at home. The best part is that it is absolutely vegan. So if those who refrain from meat can have this amazing soup.  You can replace bone broth with simple water in case you’re vegan. Rest everything is absolutely vegetable friendly.

In a pot add in chopped garlic and ginger with chopped onions. Stir them until you start to smell the aroma. Add in your vegetables along with water or your bone broth. Leave them for few minutes with a good stir. The vegetables will start to get soften.

Add in your sauces and spices and stir again. Add in some vinegar and lemon juice. After 15 minutes add in some corn starch slurry to give the soup a perfect consistency.
